Vaccinations
Ontario pharmacies now administer the majority of the province’s flu doses, and the Pharmacy Adult Vaccine Bundle opened a new funded programme on July 1, 2026. AgileRx runs all three through a single claims pipe.

Vaccine claims are DIN-based rather than PIN-based — a different pipe from every other module, handled correctly, including the proxy identifiers for patients with no health card.
Since July 1, 2026 technicians may administer all Schedule 3 vaccines — but the therapeutic check and the claim still require a pharmacist. AgileRx blocks filing until the pharmacist confirms, so the role boundary is enforced by the software rather than by memory.
The Adult Vaccine Bundle launched July 1, 2026, but its billing notice has not published a fee. AgileRx holds those claims and releases them the day the fee is announced — it does not guess, and it does not let you submit into the dark.
Multi-dose series generate their own recall, so the second dose is booked before the patient leaves.
